Ropati is a SOIFUA star. One of SOIFUA's original 2004 practice cast members Ropati appeared out of nowhere after hearing of SOIFUA from Ms Renee Winter -  a friend & colleague in an earlier dance group put together by Mika, the Maori impressario, for Ms Suzanne Paul's defunct (2004) Rawaka Maori Village venture based in Auckland's, also defunct, Fisherman's Wharf restaurant.

Born in Niue, Ropati is a student of Polynesian dance. But he also studies other dance forms including Salsa and Hip Hop.

Over 6 foot tall! Athletic and handsome with great rhythm and sure footed in both lead and supporting roles. Ropati is fully loaded with a laconic sense of humour and a devilish smile which means that you have only one question to answer. What more do you want in a male performer?
