A. SOIFUA invoices for all products and services in advance of delivery and/or performance.
B. As a GST registered company SOIFUA is required to add GST to its fees and charges
C. Payment for tangible products (including musical instruments, recording equipment, costumes) is required 100% in advance.
D. Payment for performances, shows and other services is required as follows:
50% with order, and,
50% at the end of the performance, show, or service.
E. SOIFUA accepts payment by cash, direct credit and PAYPAL. SOIFUA does not accept cheques. For credit card payments SOIFUA charges a processing fee of up to $NZ40.

Note: SOIFUA accepts orders in good faith. This means that SOIFUA purchases services and materials in good faith to enable the delivery of shows and services ordered by customers. Therefore SOIFUA Terms & Conditions include a, with-order, 50% deposit which is not refundable.
